Continuing Education

The School of Architecture and Planning is committed to providing continuing education for its alumni and practitioners in the D.C. metropolitan area. We host a series in the fall, spring and summer semesters. All lectures are free and open to the public. Attendees receive 1.5 learning units in the AIA Continuing Education system for each lecture attended.

Additionally, the school hosts an Alumni Continuing Education Program in the spring. This day-long program consists of in-depth sessions on topics of interest to practitioners. While free to CUA alumni, there is a nominal fee for others interested in attending the program. Attendees typically receive 5.0 learning units.
