Students may apply directly to the Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.S. Arch.) program. For more information on CUA and admissions, please visit the Office of Undergraduate Admissions website.


All application materials must be received by November 1 for Early Action, November 15 for Early Decision and Janurary 15 for Regular Decision.


A portfolio is NOT required for those students applying to CUA's B.S. Arch. program from high school. If you want to be considered for admission as a transfer student to the B.S. Arch. program, you are required to submit a portfolio of your design coursework and other creative work.

Financial Support

The Catholic University of America offers several forms of financial assistance to qualified students. Eight out of every 10 full-time students at Catholic University receive some level of financial aid, based on both need and academic potential. Students wishing to apply for a Parish Scholarship and/or a Legacy Grant must do so at the time of application. More information can be found at
