David Dewane

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

David is a Visiting Professor at Catholic University in Washington DC. In 2010 he founded Librii with seed funding from the World Bank Institute. The project aims to construct a network of digital libraries along Africa’s expanding fiber optic infrastructure. David trained under Pliny Fisk III at the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems in Austin, TX. He has also held leadership positions on three teams in the U.S. DOE’s Solar Decathlon competition.  He also practiced with Lake|Flato in 2007 and with Gensler from 2010-2014, working on a variety of large scale projects in the US and abroad.
