Hosting an Event at CUArch

Thank you for wanting to host a professional event at CUArch. These events provide great insight and experience for our students, faculty and staff. Below you will find all of the necessary contacts and forms for a successful event. To get started, please download the Event Checklist.

Before agreeing with any group or organization to host an event and before advertising to the CUArch community, it is imperative to review the Event Checklist and complete the Event Proposal.

Once you have completed the Event Proposal, please contact Pat Dudley at dudley@cua.edu 202.319.6002 to review the Event Proposal, the Event Checklist and CUArch facilities and catering protocols. Following this meeting, the Event Proposal will be reviewed with the Dean.
