Dr. Meany is currently Professor of Practice in the School of Architecture and Planning at The Catholic University of America where she directs the newly created Real Estate Development Concentration. In addition, as an independent urban planner/real estate developer, she focuses on urban infill projects. As a land use advisor to real estate developers and financial institutions, she consults on land acquisition/disposition, environmental review, highest and best use development, infrastructure requirements and financing. Dr. Meany has extensive experience in real estate acquisition with over 300 million in closed real estate development transactions on behalf of clients.

MANAGING/EQUITY Lozier Partners 2003-present. In 2006, completed the construction
PARTNER and settlement of a 24 unit condo building in downtown Silver Spring,
Maryland (Lofts 24). Project value equaled $10.8 million. Responsible for all phases of
development including urban planning approvals, financing, engineering consultants and
general contractor management as well as marketing and sales.
REAL ESTATE Gerson Lehman Group 2006-present. Industry consultant to
ADVISOR nationally recognized financial institutions, private equity firms, hedge funds and other
global real estate development firms seeking current analysis of real estate
development in the Washington Metropolitan area and throughout the United States.

LAND ACQUISITION Drawing on sound urban planning principles, market analysis and corporate financial

use issues; substantial public and interagency liaison and community outreach.

PLANNER development projects for five communities. Responsible for negotiation, management and
implementation of capital projects for road reconstruction, new housing construction and
rehabilitation. Fiscal and land use planning evaluations of proposed sewer and water
